All of our orders are shipped from Portugal and with a tracking code.
We send all items with protection, if you have any questions regarding shipping, please don't hesitate to tell us.
Returns
You can return any order, provided that the item has not been altered and is in its original condition, within a period of 14 days, and receive the amount paid, minus any shipping fees. It is not necessary to provide any reason for the return.

After receiving the refund request and the respective product, we will need up to 5 business days to evaluate and process the refund.
